Jaguar C-X16 - innovative under the skin
We’ve known the new small sports car from Jaguar – which may or may not become the Jaguar XE – was heading for Frankfurt for some time. Especially after we had teases of the Concept version – the Jaguar C-X16 – a few weeks ago. So it was no surprise when we had a heap of new photos and a video of the C-X16 drop in to our inbox at midnight.
Ford has revealed the new C-Max range in Frankfurt including the Grand C-Max (pictured). Two weeks ago we took the lid off the new Ford C-Max with the first pictures of Ford’s 2010 C-Max, which is the first car from Ford to be built on the next generation Focus platform (C-Segment Platform). With swooping, overgrown-coupe lines Ford has done a good job of injecting a bit of style and it’s Kinetic design language in to the new C-Max.

Have they pulled it off? Certainly in looks and style they have. The new Big Cat has sensual, contemporary lines and manages to look purposeful and stylish, and offers a real credible alternative to the big German barges for the first time in a generation.
